General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the Use of Neuronum MVP
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all users of the products and services,
hereinafter referred to as “Neuronum MVP,” provided by Neuronum Cybernetics UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
through the website neuronum.net. The Neuronum MVP is a beta version provided free of charge.
1. Use and Liability
The user acknowledges that the Neuronum MVP is in a testing phase and may therefore be flawed or incomplete. We reserve the right to change, update, or discontinue the software at any time. No liability is assumed for any damages or losses. The use of the MVP is at your own risk.
2. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate access to the Neuronum MVP at any time and without prior notice. In this case, the user has no claim to continued use or compensation.
3. Intellectual Property and Rights of Use
The Neuronum MVP and all related content (including, but not limited to, software, texts, graphics, logos, and trademarks) are the property of Neuronum Cybernetics UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
4. User Obligations
The user agrees not to use the Neuronum MVP for any illegal, abusive, or in any way harmful activities. The user is solely responsible for the data entered and the content generated.
5. Data Protection and Processing
The storage of personal or company-related data is done in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed on our Legals Page. The user agrees to the processing of their data in accordance with this privacy policy.
6. Changes to the GTC
We reserve the right to change these GTC at any time. We will inform users of significant changes by publishing the updated GTC on our website. Continued use of the MVP after such a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement is the registered office of Neuronum Cybernetics UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

Privacy Policy for the Use of Neuronum MVP
This privacy policy describes how Neuronum Cybernetics UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("we", "us") processes data from users of the Neuronum MVP ("user", "you"). The processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Collection and Use of Personal Data
We collect and process your personal data when you use our product. This includes:
- Contact Information: Your email address.
- Company Data: Company name, company logo.
The processing of this data is carried out for the purpose of contract fulfillment (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) to enable you to use the Neuronum MVP, as well as based on legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) for the continuous improvement of our software and to ensure the security of our systems.
2. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on a server in Germany. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Nevertheless, absolute security during data transmission over the internet is not possible.
3. Data Processing by the AI Model
For the processing of customer inquiries within the application, we use an artificial intelligence (AI) model. This model is hosted exclusively on a server in Germany, provided by IONOS SE. Data is not shared with third parties (such as the AI model provider). The data you enter is processed to offer you AI-powered features and to support the handling of your inquiries. After processing, the input data is not permanently stored by us.
4. Data Processing for Neuronum Streams and Neuronum Circuits
- Neuronum Streams: Data sent via our Stream API can be made private or public and accessible within the Neuronum MVP network. This data is not permanently stored by us, but is only processed to enable the streaming service.
- Neuronum Circuits: The data you store in our databases (Neuronum Circuits) is securely encrypted on our server in Germany to ensure you can use the software's functions.
5. Purpose of Data Processing
We process your data for the following purposes:
- Provision, operation, and improvement of the Neuronum MVP.
- Communication with you, including customer support and troubleshooting.
- Fulfillment of legal obligations.
- Implementation of security measures.
6. Data Transfer
Your data will generally not be shared with third parties. An exception exists if we are legally obligated to do so, for example, by order of an authority.
7. Data Retention
We store your data only as long as it is necessary for the purposes mentioned above or as required by law. After the retention period has expired, your data will be securely deleted.
