These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all users of the products and services,
hereinafter referred to as "Neuronum Services," provided by Neuronum Cybernetics UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
through the website neuronum.net. The Neuronum Services are beta versions provided free of charge.
1. Use and Liability
The user acknowledges that the Neuronum Services are in a testing phase and may therefore be flawed or incomplete. We reserve the right to change, update, or discontinue the services at any time. No liability is assumed for any damages or losses. The use of the services is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to change these GTC at any time. We will inform users of significant changes by publishing the updated GTC on our website. Continued use of the services after such a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement is the registered office of Neuronum Cybernetics UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
